Afghanistan

Intro

Afghanistan is a land with rich Culture Of Art and Poetry. Poetry has existed in Ancient Afghanistan poets like Zoroaster His Holy Book Avesta full of poems and also Sanskrit which one of the famous books in the world full of poems, stories and myths about gods and goddess. But the real Era of Poetry started in Gaznaviad's time. Starting from Mommod who was one of greatest Kings of Afghanistan. Mommod made Afghanistan the center of Islamic culture Art, Poetry, science, technology, Music, grew more then any Era before and city of Gaznia the center of the world possibly second after Rome. On his times artists enjoyed more then anyone. He would pay anyone for creating anything that worth creating like buildings, books, Poetry, Art, songs even food. In fact he would bring anyone with talent no-matter where he/she is from or what religion he/she has all he wanted Gazni to be the centre of Culture. It was estimated that more than 60,000 artists lived with him in his castle he made Houses and gardens just for Artists that is unbelievable specially in old times and being a Islamic Empire.

In fact Muslims throughout the world called him "A Material World type-a-Guy". Neatly to say nowadays there is noting wrong with that because all he wanted was to build his empire and his country and wanted people to know that this world can be made a beautiful Place If One Wanted to. After invasion of Ganges Khan Much of the country was destroyed, Books were burned talented people were Killed and Cities with high building were destroyed but he still couldn't subdue the people. It was a disastrous time for Afghanistan on that time they would even accept Persian rule too bad they too were attacked by the same Empire and even got hit hard when Ganges Khan asked Afghans to joint forces with Mongols but that was the last days of his years when he converted into Islam. As they say "If You can't Beat them Join them" He did exactly what Alexander did to gain control and build his Empire.

Timorid times too was a great time for Afghanistan except at the beginnings Western Afghanistan was Against his presents but later it became the Heart of Empire (Herat). Herat was hit badly by first ride of Timor Shah but that was more about defeating Persian tribes that occupied Afghan land. At one point it was good thing to get-ride of Iranian at other point the great Afghan city had to pay the price. Timor Shah just like his father he learned from Alexander "If you can't bet them join them" After many wars with Afghan Masud The King of Kabul he asked him to join forces and in order to trust each-other a relationship should be build and that was Tumor marring his sister. Which she later gave birth to a son Shah Rukh another greatest king who transferred his capital and his father’s treasure to Herat.

After Timurids Afghanistan fought amongst themselves and the strong Savafad Empire was born with new military tactics, and new equipments, which was given by the Western countries to weaken Ottoman Empire from spreading. Very soon Savafad grew and took almost all of Persia. Iranians occupied half-of Afghanistan not much of art and poetry was done on this time. Its occupation can be seen by there distractions of Mosques and Buildings of Herat and Kanadahar. It can be called the Mid-evil times for one part of Afghanistan, which Afghan people will never forget. But the other half was build by Babur Shah another great Afghan Kings of all times he expanded and occupied lands, which is now Pakistan and NorthWest of India, a lot of wealth came to Kabul and Balkh. A lot was done one this time the Afghan language, culture, and its poetry became famous throughout South Asia. Poets from Afghanistan went to India to create Poetry, Gazales, songs, mixed with Indian culture and Arts. Which is now called Persian- Hindu Art, which was very influential for Indians.

When His sons (Babur Shah's offspring )came to power they did not do what Their father did and Afghans rise to destroy the Moguls or they have to do what Afghans demand. The rest is History. But Afghans still didn’t give up at art and Poetry and still tried to be Influential for Iranians and South Asians.
